今日は福島県の保健所へ訪問してきました。

We visited a health center in Fukushima today.

いろいろとお話をさせていただきました。

ご担当者の方、お忙しいにもかかわらず丁寧に対応して下さり

ありがとうございました。

Although they seemed very busy, the staff had a long talk with us.

We'd like to thank them again for their time.

10月も終盤になり、すっかり秋の気配になりました。

秋といえば「実りの秋」ということで、所々でこういうものをよく目にします。

It's the end of October.

Since it's autumn, the harvest season, we often see something like this. 

おいしそうな柿です。

The persimmon looks delicious.

すぐ近くにこんなものもよくあります。

And this.

大きく実ったリンゴです。

この他にもラ・フランスなどもよく見かけます。

An apple, big and ready to be eaten.

We see lots of pear trees as well.

春のさくらんぼの時もそうでしたが、

こういったものがすぐ近くで生っている東北ってとても素晴らしい所だと思います。

We felt this when we had the cherries in the Springs,

but Tohoku is such a wonderful place with its fruits just growing everywhere.
